AllergyPROOF, is a mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms. The Application serves as a Barcode scan Ingredients app, allowing users to scan or search for a product and view a detailed list of ingredients. The primary objective is to provide users with information about product ingredients and help individuals with allergies avoid products containing allergens.
Users can create profiles within the Application, where they can specify any allergies they have. The Application uses this information to alert users if a scanned or searched product contains ingredients that may trigger their allergies.
AllergyPROOF operates on a subscription basis. Users have the option to purchase monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions to access the full range of features offered by the Application.
The Application includes an admin panel accessible by the Service Owner Admin. This panel enables the management of all Application functions, monitoring of data, and execution of actions. The Service Owner Admin may also assist users in addressing issues or concerns related to the Application.
AllergyPROOF is designed for users of all age groups who seek to search for ingredients in various products.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

AllergyPROOF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AllergyPROOF reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Application without notice for any user who violates these Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by the laws of Canada.
